Basic structure

InsightsRadar is a dynamic analysis- and dialogue tool that is tailored to our customers’ focus areas, e.g. a solution, a concept, a product, a theme our customer has a special focus on or e.g. a selected industry where our customer wants to do something extra in, and wants to be positioned more based on insights. Once the focus area (s) has been selected, a number of categories and measurement points are defined, which together represent a coverage of the selected focus area. On the associated scale, for example 1-10, this is divided into a red, yellow and green zone representing when our customer thinks that their customer at the category or measuring point is in a “safe situation”, a ” gray zone ”or has a“ potential problem ”.

Data accumulation and presentation

When response data comes in from our customer’s customers, this data is presented in a series of predefined and easy-to-understand reports to our customers’ employees. The report presentation takes place in a form where data is presented in the so-called red, yellow and green zones. Data can also be presented at several levels such as industry, company, department, stakeholder group and individual level. Data is also collected and presented in a separate “insight area” where it is possible to focus on general statistics, benchmarking, best practice, potentials, gaps and dive into the specific reflections / comments from the participants.

With an admin access to InsightsRadar, you can build radars yourself as needed. What is especially interesting about InsightsRadar is that your employees e.g. the sales reps get direct access, and can easily use InsightsRadar to support e.g. the meetings they hold with customers and prospects, which can be both 1-on-1 meetings, but also where your sales reps are in dialogue with a stakeholder group of e.g. 8 stakeholders.
